Summary:
MCF has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Director. This position will shape MCF’s marketing initiatives by providing the development, coordination, and evaluation of the firm’s marketing strategies and efforts.

Job responsibilities would include:

Identifying demand for the firm’s services, connecting with potential customers, and supporting lead generation efforts.

Preparing written and graphic responses using InDesign for RFPs and RFQs.

Developing and managing website and social media content while building brand awareness and positioning.

Direct management of Marketing Coordinator.
-
Developing, maintaining, and analyzing, department budgets, expenditures, and customer relationship management reports.

Communicating marketing strategies to all levels of staff, including Principals.

Coordinating with staff to participate in trade conferences, networking events, article submissions, and community outreach opportunities.

Ordering and coordination of all professional photography, conducting project photoshoots as required, and maintaining in-house photograph files.

The ideal candidate must have the following skills for consideration:

10 years’ experience in the field of marketing/business development.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Experience managing a marketing team and marketing campaigns.
-
A firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social media and digital marketing.

Strong writing and proofreading skills with attention to detail in all work.
-
Ability to evaluate, analyze, and maintain budgets and customer relationship management reports.

Ability to manage shifting priorities and prioritize tasks to effectively meet all deadlines.
-
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of management, staff, and clients.

Highly creative, forward thinking, organized, and a team player.
-
Ability to independently solve problems and exercise sound judgement with minimal direction.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop and InDesign, and Wix.
-
Experience with Bluebeam, Unanet, full Adobe suite, Open Asset, and rendering software a plus
