Marketing Director

Summary:

MCF has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Director. This position will shape MCF’s marketing initiatives by providing the development, coordination, and evaluation of the firm’s marketing strategies and efforts.

Job responsibilities would include:

  • Identifying demand for the firm’s services, connecting with potential customers, and supporting lead generation efforts.

  • Preparing written and graphic responses using InDesign for RFPs and RFQs.

  • Developing and managing website and social media content while building brand awareness and positioning.

  • Direct management of Marketing Coordinator.

  • Developing, maintaining, and analyzing, department budgets, expenditures, and customer relationship management reports.

  • Communicating marketing strategies to all levels of staff, including Principals. 

  • Coordinating with staff to participate in trade conferences, networking events, article submissions, and community outreach opportunities.

  • Ordering and coordination of all professional photography, conducting project photoshoots as required, and maintaining in-house photograph files.

The ideal candidate must have the following skills for consideration:

  • 10 years’ experience in the field of marketing/business development.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • Experience managing a marketing team and marketing campaigns.

  • A firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social media and digital marketing.

  • Strong writing and proofreading skills with attention to detail in all work. 

  • Ability to evaluate, analyze, and maintain budgets and customer relationship management reports.

  • Ability to manage shifting priorities and prioritize tasks to effectively meet all deadlines.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of management, staff, and clients.

  • Highly creative, forward thinking, organized, and a team player.

  • Ability to independently solve problems and exercise sound judgement with minimal direction.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop and InDesign, and Wix.

  • Experience with Bluebeam, Unanet, full Adobe suite, Open Asset, and rendering software a plus
