Nordenberg Hall

University of Pittsburgh

The $51 million Nordenberg Hall on the University of Pittsburgh campus is a multi-use facility consisting of retail space, the University’s Wellness Program, and 560 beds of freshman housing. MCF designed the 26,871 square-foot Wellness Center fit-out of the entire second floor consisting of Student Health Services, the University Counseling Center, Student Disability Resources, and the Pharmacy departments as well as portions of the first floor. MCF also performed construction administration and observation services for the residence hall. For the remainder of the project, MCF was the associate architect and Mackey Mitchell Architects was the architect of record.
