Job Summary
MCF is seeking a Project Manager who is able to coordinate design & delivery efforts across multiple project sizes, markets, & phases. This individual should be organized, technically skilled, collaborative, and have a strong eye for design.

Job responsibilities would include:

Completing workplans for Projects assigned that ensure adequate resource assignments and quality completion of deliverables while managing project profitability and schedules.

Managing, mentoring, and guiding project teams of Architectural Staff as assigned, delegating appropriately to ensure functional, accurate, high-quality documentation of designs

Collaborating with team members to develop creative design concepts, space planning, and architectural layouts while evaluating design suggestions of others to find consensus on best design solutions.

Reviewing design details in accordance with firm-wide Documentation Standards and following firm-wide standards in detailing, graphics, modeling, and design.

Completing construction observation, shop drawing review, and other aspects of the construction phase.

Developing and/or review complete code studies.

Representing the firm as point of contact for clients, consultants, and other trades.

The ideal candidate must have the following skills for consideration:
-
Technical or Professional degree in Architecture or related field.

5+ Years Professional Experience.
-
Demonstrated sensitivity to design with strong 3D visualization and graphic skills.

Strong understanding of overall set construction, organization, & content requirements along with technical product and systems knowledge.

Ability to document building design from start to finish and understand specifications with ability to review for technical completeness

Basic Revit skills in both documentation & modeling preferred with a strong understanding of architectural detailing and ability to evaluate and assess detail.

Strong understanding of applicable building/zoning codes and industry standards.

Ability to manage shifting priorities and prioritize tasks to effectively meet all deadlines using superb time management while communicating progress to leadership.

Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of management, staff, consultants, and clients.

Outstanding developed professional qualities such as being detail orientated, a self-starter, highly creative, forward thinking, and organized.

Willingness and capacity to train, mentor, and direct project team members.

A team player and proactive planner with a strong collaborative nature, interpersonal skills, ability to delegate and anticipate tasks needed to stay ahead of project milestones.

Proficiency with Autodesk Revit, Basic AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Enscape.

Experience with Bluebeam, Unanet, Autodesk 360, Sketch-up, Dynamo, and full Adobe suite a plus.
-
Professional Licensure in at least one jurisdiction preferred.

LEED, WELL, and/or PHIUS certification strongly preferred.
